Ms. Hikmat Masri Joined EICMP in February 2019 as “Product Development and Production QC Manager”. She graduated from Wageningen University in Netherlands with a Master’s Degree in Dairy Science and Technology, and has strong research background with published scientific articles on Nanotechnology. Through her passion and experience in dairy science, she was an integral part in developing many new camel milk-based products including Long Life Sterilized Camel Milk, Camel Milk Tablets, Camel Milk Soft Ice Cream, Camel Milk Laban-Up and many more.
